Kerri Jones wore her fear as a protective shell, as if turning away from anything dark would cause it to disappear. But then, in 2018, the worst thing she could imagine happened: her 22-year-old daughter, Mikaela, passed away unexpectedly. Even though Kerri, her husband Johnny, and their son Alex were left in a stunned state of disbelief and grief, they immediately began receiving communication from Mikaela to let them know she was still with them. As cascading series of messages arrived, Kerri began to open up to a deeper understanding of both the seen and unseen worlds, which transformed everything about her life.
